About The Rules

OK so I was reading the in-game rules and i noticed something. Two of the rules mean the same thing. The rules were R4 and R11. Don't X-Logging and making a new account and keeping the money for yourself mean the same thing?

no cuz X-Logging can mean u log on with a Ip-changer and use both accs to pk or something like that
